What is the best country in tax terms? Less payments..

Turks and Caicos Islands
Vanuatu

I have my company in Spain at the moment, but I am thinking about moving it to Romania because the corporate tax is lower there.

UK... reasonable tax but most importantly no bureaucracy so you could concentrate on running your company.
Countries like Cyprus might offer low tax but bureaucracy is crazy.
