I am not a complete noob, I am earning decent money with cpa, CPI, dropshipping etc
I am also doing link building with gsa , senuke for my blackhat niche PPD websites
now,
I want to start learning seo so i can start my own local seo business , Please suggest me some good resources to start with

I know it's a cliche but the best starting point will be the "search" button on the top left.

Also check backlinko and nenadseo blogs - good stuff there
