Filppa is still the biggest marketplace to sell a site. You can also try to sell in various forum ,even in BHW! Wherever you sell, remember the rules of thumb - don't cheat and don't be cheated by someone.

Always sell thru escrow or thru proper channel. Provide right information like analytic data and others. You will be fine.
