Hi my friend participated in a giveaway ran by a minor clothing brand using their instagram profile (that kind of contest where you should subscribe, post a photo tagging the page, tag your friends, comment-like etc etc). But the process didn't went well, namely the company clearly manipulated the results (I wouldn't even bother telling the full story but it's obvious).
Note the competition involved no money investment or anything it was just very unfair.

Now I'm wondering where could we expose them as unfair people who scam their clients? Maybe there are some communities in Facebook or other networks dedicated to tracking such activity or something else. I wanted to find them but most pages dedicated to fraud reporting have less than 1k likes (WTF). I realize it is almost impossible to screw them as IG won't likely take any action unless there's a money fraud, but I don't wanna let them get away with this without at least reputation impact.

Thanks.

No they are a legit brand and an official account, not any kind of fake. This is 100% sure (link from their official website). The company is based in EU.

So you didn't win, big deal. Move on

It wouldn't be a big problem if the giveaway was well-maintained, but when you follow all rules and the owner doesn't even include you into the voting list, cannot provide any explanation of this bs and process of choosing winner is more than shady (no using any Random service). Well it looks like a huge dishonesty. Now I am not saying I gonna sue them or whatnot but allowing em to getaway with this doesn't seem ok.

I would just move on dude. It's just a way to get more engagement and followers to their page.

So you didn't win the giveaway abd it's automatically a scam. You didn't even give valid reasons why you not winning is a scam.

so you're coming to a blackhat forum asking people how to fight blackhat :D

Just move on. Use your time to improve yourself not to attack someone or something else. You have done what you set out to do and that was to post about this company. So move on and make some money!

Ready to come into shitlist section and repeat it there?

I am indeed surprised by some comments, no matter the company in question swindles people using their fake contests (which may mean they ain't honest in something else).

What I've asked was if someone knows any website or community that tracks fraud/manipulated giveaways but got a bunch of posts assuming me (though it happened to one of my friends who asked me to look for a place to report those rat asses) getting angry at losing some shitty contest . Pls guys move on if you cannot bring anything relevant and in case my question has no answer I wouldn't mind the thread dying.

"Fraud" is an extremely serious accusation, so if you want to be taken seriously you'll need to provide a little more evidence than "I didn't win".

If you have verifiable evidence that this is fraud, and laws were broken in the giveaway, there are government agencies you can contact, but it's hard to be more specific when given so few details.

You sound like you a) have proof, and b) are annoyed by the companies dishonest actions. So, best thing to do is tweet, Facebook, instagram et all (their page and others, including competitors) and do the same on competition sites to let others know + use trading standards/specific country law to make a complaint.

Create a proverbial sh!t storm on social media and in the industry, but you better be right and have proof.

Lot of effort, but if you have proof and are inclined...

II cant think of any laws that would say that you can not do a giveaway if you don't pick a random winner lol.
They're open to pick anyone they like if that's how they wanna run the giveaway.
If I post a giveaway and I let my friend win, then did I do anything wrong? I don't think so, unless I'm obviously stating that the winner is gonna be randomly drawn.
If it's a nice thing to do, that's another debate
