Where to report fraud giveaway???

Now I'm wondering where could we expose them as unfair people who scam their clients? Maybe there are some communities in Facebook or other networks dedicated to tracking such activity or something else. I wanted to find them but most pages dedicated to fraud reporting have less than 1k likes (WTF). I realize it is almost impossible to screw them as IG won't likely take any action unless there's a money fraud, but I don't wanna let them get away with this without at least reputation impact.

everythink you have said is a normal marketing plan / method to get emails and info to get future sales in that niche .

millions join them type of methods it a fantastic marketing staregy becouse it free and works .

your never be able to prove it fake becouse to many thousands join it for fun ....

most people just buy the product in the end dont exspect it free anyway .

if your poor and you and your m8 need free items , there many charitys in your local area

You have literally no basic to accuse them of fraud. There's no reason you'd have access to their voting list so it sounds like you just want to report them.

I am indeed surprised by some comments, no matter the company in question swindles people using their fake contests (which may mean they ain't honest in something else).

What I've asked was if someone knows any website or community that tracks fraud/manipulated giveaways but got a bunch of posts assuming me (though it happened to one of my friends who asked me to look for a place to report those rat asses) getting angry at losing some shitty contest . Pls guys move on if you cannot bring anything relevant and in case my question has no answer I wouldn't mind the thread dying.

IMO youre better of worrying about things you can control and do. Not what other people do and what you cannot control. Use the energy elsewhere and better yourself. Imagine the amount of things you could have done in the hour of caring that you essentially wasted in the bigger picture.

Case is different here. If the lottery owner is manipulating , they deserve the words you have chosen. If they are fair, the case is different.

OP, you cannot do a lot about this. I mean you can cover this in a blog or a forum post to get out your anger but that will not make the process fair as it is done.

If I post a giveaway and I let my friend win, then did I do anything wrong? I don't think so, unless I'm obviously stating that the winner is gonna be randomly drawn.

If you let your friend win intentionally, it is very much wrong. This cannot be done for long. A very popular guy was exposed as he got fame doing fake giveaways on a FB group I was a part of. His business was affected badly and he even deleted his FB account.

As I said, it's another debate when you take into account the morals of it. However legally it's not wrong, it's dirty but that's about it.

It is legally also wrong. If you see a company doing a contest of giveaway , the first condition is that employees of family members cannot participate.
