By making it by yourself on Adobe After Effect or Premiere? Or you can start making it by buying the templates? you can google where to buy the templates though.

have neither of them installed on my system. Obviously i can buy from anywhere but user experience matters.

if you have budget, try fiverr then. They have intros outros & logo animation category.
