Hello peeps, i was wondering if any of you know where i can exchange paypal money for payoneer, i tried linking mine, but i am getting error messages

There is no such a way to convert paypal money to payoneer. I hope you know that payonner is a payment method for freelancer only and you cant load your own payoneer card either you are a freelancer or an internet marketer. What you can do create a freelancing profile on oDesk or fiverr or any where you like associated with payoneer then get anyone to hire you there. You can find a BST at BHW market place as far as I can remember. And then withdraw money to payoneer. But you have to pay some money for the service and paying company as well.

it was possible , but from 2014 to now it not .
paypal stop it becuse security problem
i was try a lot of way to link it but i fail , : P

payoneer and paypal are no longer partner...

Your security is our priority, and nothing is more important to us than making sure your funds reach your bank account. Therefore, virtual bank accounts are not accepted by PayPal, since they are not considered as real bank account and do not provide the customer the same level of confidence and safety that PayPal requires. Previously, we received many complaints from customers who lost their funds when using similar services. In order to prevent any risk of losing your funds, we are no longer accepting virtual bank accounts since June 10th , 2014.

yeah this is the raison why paypal cut with payoneer...a lot of users lose their money..

Have you tried linking your payoneer master card to paypal and then wwithdraw to your card rather than bank account ?

honestly i'm not sure how true is that and they are talking about virtual bank accounts in general, not referring clearly to Payoneer

actually a lot more people lose their money with Paypal on a daily basis than with Payoneer, will they shut down themselves too?
i've never heard of anyone who would lost their money with Payoneer, now explain that to me that how can funds be lost when transferring from Paypal to Payoneer, both are legit companies and are around since ages, money don't just disappear into thin air, the money transfer either goes through without any problem or bounces back, but in that case, it will go back to Paypal, it doesn't just vanish

virtual bank accounts can be considered as a security risk, not because people losing their money (at least with the legit ones), but because they aren't as regulated as real bank accounts, Paypal is just giving a BS reason why they cut ties with Payoneer
i think the real reason is more like that non-US residents can get a virtual US bank account with Payoneer and Paypal decided not to like this or they just shut down the virtual bank account transfer as a whole without considering the legit ones

I don't know what you people are talking about but my Paypal is still LINKED to my payoneer bank account, my Payoneer debit card is also linked as debit card there.

The issue was that you cannot automatically add your payoneer US payment service to Paypal any longer. You have to call them up, then ask them to allow you to add that to paypal. You can try it without calling them, you will receive the deposits like normal, and then once you verify, it will "remove itself".

That said, PayPal's that were originally connected and suffered no issues what so ever with payments in any way still have them connected.

look at Payoneer's community forum, this forum or just Google, there are complaints all over the place about people aren't able to link the Payoneer US payment service to Paypal, it's not even a new issue, you must have linked it before Paypal placed this limitation, that's why you can continue using it w/o any problem, it's just that they don't allow linking it anymore, but it's also not true for everyone, because for instance if you're from US, you can still link the two most of the time
before this limitation even if you got an error while trying to link the two, you could contact Paypal to manually link your accounts and they did it, but if you do that now, most of the time you'll get a BS reply which was posted above

linking the Payoneer card is a whole different kind of animal, it's a physical MasterCard, you won't experience any issue linking that, but you can only use the card for purchases, you can't transfer money to it from Paypal, when the whole point would be to be able to get the money out of Paypal to Payoneer

Yes i have seen those complaints, but still i have added mine and that too in mid 2015, not in 2014 when the limitation was supposedly imposed . I have done it two times and i am not from US, if i were i wouldn't need Payoneer to withdraw my money out of Paypal :P . Let me tell you how i did it, you can or anyone else can try it out and see if it works for them as well, but let me remind you it worked for me two times meaning it's no coincidence.
Okay these are the simple steps i followed.
1. Created Payoneer with real information (names, addresses etc) in order to receive my debit card and also Enable US Payment Service.
2. Created a PayPal account with the same name as Payoneer (real name) and the rest of the information such as Address etc were US (not real, but fake. i am originally from Pakistan where PayPal is btw not allowed)
3. Now i put my US Payment information such as routing and bank number in Paypal as bank account and PayPal made those two small withdrawals to my account.
4. In 2-3 days i received those withdrawals and verified my account. Now my account got verified but this is not the end of it.
5. After 2-3 Paypal sent me an e-mail that they have un-verified my account because they wanted to withdraw some money from my account and they received an automated response and blah blah. (I tried to verify my account again with the same routing and bank number but this time it wouldn't work and kept giving an error)
6. Contacted Paypal trough e-mail and described my problem ( which was that i can't add my bank account again after i received a certain email from you. Also told i spoke with my bank and everything is Ok on their side (a lie), BUT did not mention that it was a virtual bank account or it's with Payoneer). Paypal looked into and corrected it and got back to me and told me to add it again. so i added it again and it worked (the second time paypal won't send any deposits, it will be verified automatically.)

This worked two times for me. i hope it will work for you. I think the key points is to use US addresses etc in your Paypal , but i have no way of knowing since i have never tried any other address.

Payoneer was and still the good money transfer in IM and they help a lot of freelancers to have a bank account a prepaid master card

I think PayPal cut with payoneer because the competition...I mean PayPal always considered payoneer as a competitor and want to dominate the freelance market

yea, i think you found the workaround, that's why i said that since the limitation (mid 2014) it's only working with US accounts (practically you have a US Paypal account), but i was trying to say, that if you do everything by the books without faking anything, as a non-US citizen, it's not possible anymore to link the two together

having a US Paypal account as a non-US citizen might cause trouble further down the line, because you might be prompted to verify the account with your SSN (ID, proof of address can be faked, SSN as far as i'm concerned can't), so that you won't be able to do, but that might never happen and until then, you can use the account as usual and withdraw from Paypal to Payoneer, enjoy :)
