Where to hold your Crypto

  • Have you ever heard of sim swapping?
  • Have you ever heard of exchanges being hacked?
  • Have you ever heard of smart contract breaches?

Holding your funds in a hardware wallet is by far the best and safest option... Not your keys, not your coins!

If Binance gets hacked to the point they can't reimburse everyone for a hack, crypto will be dead anyway. Cryptocurrency simply wouldn't be liquid within a matter of hours. You can use Google Authenticator for your 2FA, use a burner phone with no connection to your identity, and take other precautions against sim swapping.

hardware wallets are the best, any online service is vulnerable

As @yousefgreat said. Not your keys, not your crypto.

For holding larger sums long term i use Ledger Nano S.
By "larger sums" i mean $10,000+.

Stay safe.

I just installed trust wallet to receive a crypto payment from someone, but when the person tries to send payment to my LTC address it says the address doesn't exist. What is the problem please?
HomePage(Wallet) > Receive > Search LTC
So easy

Ledger is a good choice, even though they had a data leak with in the past which was questionable.
Else I can also suggest Trezor!

The three exchanges you listed are big enough. They have good reviews and feature wise also they are good, you can make an account on any one of them and proceed.
