Is there any thread about the hostgator service. I planed to buy plan from them but after checking this thread i dont think i will

Thumbs up to Knownhost. Moved a number of my sites to one of their managed vps plans. I just sent in a support ticket for a mysql remote access issue. They had it solved and working within 4 minutes of sending the ticket. Awesome.

DigitalOcean is the best, affordable, it beats hands down any shared host provider. Page load speed is phenomenal. Been using them for a year, zero down time.

I would also suggest you move away from shared hosting over to a vps or a dedi when your requirements are no longer basic.

I've never had any CPU problems with Siteground personally think they are really great. Not sure how experienced you are but you could also use Digitalocean and setup a "droplet" with wordpress installed then you don't have to worry about your CPU so much. With a site of that size I'd say that the smallest option $5pm should be enough for you.
