If your website/business was important to you, you wouldn't be on shared hosting by now. Shared hosting is for basic websites, period, so quit complaining. I'm not a hostgator customer, but it's clearly not hostgator's fault.
I decided to move over to a vps today.. got one at digitalocean and migrated to it.
Now i am diving into the issue a bit more. On another note... now that i am here the cpu is staying nice and low and its screamin fast.
I updated my 3 day old unanswered hostgator ticket and told them to go screw themselves.
