There's a reason that this traffic is cheap. It's fake traffic sent from a bot, none of the visitors your site will receive from these Gigs will be authentic and won't result in any sales whatsoever. Invest in SEO, SMM or offer your service(s) on already established platforms that have traffic (Fiverr, SEOClerks).

Either bots or porn traffic. Popunder and Reupload traffic is cheap but doesn't convert.
