Where to find cheap workers?

Hi i am just wondering if any one here can tell me where to find some cheap workers. i just need the website. i know a few sites but its not what im looking for i want the guy or girl to be working for me everyday.

the work will be all kinds of stuff related to this forum. thanks

Offer internships to college students then you dont have to pay them well.

odesk, onlinejobsdotph, thats where I go. odesk especially, watch for scammers with link building, dont trust them unless they have been on odesk a while but you can and will find good people there.

any work is not "cheap" nor are the people who are doing it. it all depends on the current circumstances of a person.. if you want something to be done be clear about what you want done and what you are willing to pay..

if you are not an established company.. getting interns is a bitch..

and most interns are just there for a couple of months at most..

and most interns are not that good.... and there is no advantage in training them
because their end goal it to use you and your company to get a better (paying) job somewhere else...

i would skip the intenrship bs altogether....
