Need cpanel or NO CPANEL? - If you need cpanel then you can go to CPANEL.net and check their hosting provider list and contact them one by one.

I'm using https://www.123-reg.co.uk as of now and they working on my end with no problems.
If you need best VPS, then I recomend http://hostzealot.com - 4 x 3.30GHz : 4096MB HDD: 200GB RAID 10 Bandwidth: 4096Gb

There support is awesome.they transferred all my sites at no cost totally free.
You will get reply on a ticket within 3 hours.There support is very helpful.
Dont do for bluevm.com there support is very bad .no one cares if your vps is down.
