I have always used knownhost, red hot support and nothing too much for them, they are very quick and helpful.

Email them and ask if they have a discount if you choose a package from them.

I have 2 VPS-2 servers with them.

I'm using plutonhost and have 2 Windows VPS. I'm happy with them. They are new, but the service is excellent and cheap.
