Where To Buy Targeted Junk Traffic?

Hi There, this is my first post on BHW but I need some help finding some sources of Junk Traffic to lower conversion rates.

I've browsed through the threads here but am yet to find a site with a good login panel that allows setting a daily cap, USA targeted and cheap traffic.

I've tried findology and although its good its quite expensive at $10CPM.
I'm also in the process of testing out TrafficEmporium, I paid 2 days ago and haven't heard a thing back, so not happy with my experience their so far.

Anyway, could anyone please advice me where I can go to get some cheap USA targeted traffic, that counts as clicks in CPA networks, it must be targeted, cheap, consistent and have a daily cap.

Any help would be much appreciated.

i can send you capped traffic but it will be worldwide but 40-60% will be from uk/usa

The idea of junk traffic is that it is junk/crap/shit/not targetted

Couldn't you use like a double meta refresh and then put that on some autosurf sites? its like $15/ 55k views

Findology CPV option is very good for junk traffic, probably the best out there
Traffic Emporium seems to have some issues right now

I second Findology CPV traffic. I've had no problems with them thus far.

Thinking about using this traffic source for other stuff too.

Yes I do agree Findology is great, but like I mentioned earlier at $10 CPM it isn't actually that cheap just for diluting conversion ratios. I'm already using a double meta refresh btw.
I was just wondering if there are any other good sites out there similar to Findology as even if its half that price ($5 CPM) I'd still be saving a few hundred each month. Thanks

someone in bull sell trade is selling traffic at the rate of 25$ for 100k.
also try delivers*alt.com they sell 100K for 30$ but their traffic is high quality(might convert a bit).they sell us traffic at 50$ for 25k.

I know where can get usa non targeted for $3.35 cpm and i am sure you can set a daily cap on the traffic too. Non Adult

Yeah, what about the autosurf sites. You can buy cheap ass traffic their and just double meta refresh? Wouldn't that work?
