Go with advertising with apps and games to get mobile visitors you are looking for,that could be the best way I say.

Although there are plenty of advertising options, could you tell how you are planning on monetise it? your own apps/product/service? CPA/CPM/CPS/ offers?
Approaching with your objectives will ease you in finding good source of mobile traffic options. Not all traffic converts for all. Personal experience!
