Where to buy alreadey earning sites

Hey BHW members,
i did think about test/invest some money into site flipping.
I wanted to ask where do you guys buy sites for flipping? do you just use flippa, empireflippers or thewebsiteflip and search there for some gems?

Flipa, Swapd are some I have heard of

You can find some good deals in facebook groups as well,
Especially for foreign groups/websites
