Where is it possible to sell\buy apps and source codes?
Probably are there any other platforms\groups\chats\etc except Fl***a.com (hidden so as not to be mistaken for advertising) ?

The best is to sell your templates there and make them as basic as possible. The best price is around $29-59. If your app is "too good" the price will be too high. Very few people buy apps that are more expensive than $60.

Also, if you buy apps, ensure you can monetize them well. IAP + ads are a must for me. Don't go for games, because these games are heavily saturated and everyone just publishes the very same game.
