where does one find short clips ? for faceless channel

I'm not talking about the free-stock videos you can easily find in Pexels, but the short clips from movies .

Do they download the movie and clip the part they want to use by themselves or is there a big pool of these somewhere on the internet?

Please enlighten.

Interesting question, I've seen people using movie clips in memes and other stuff too. Curious to know if there is any resource where we can get them.

Yes, you can download certain clips from movies that you want to add to your videos, other creators mostly add the movie clips which are popular or are memes, you can EASILY find videos like these on YouTube and download using an external website like YTS.
 
You could probably go to TikTok and hashtag the movie, and you would find some short clips.
 
You could find the clips from other YouTube channels or Tik Tok accounts but most of the time they have tags on them. I know it’s an extra job and it takes time but you could cut scenes from movies yourself and choose which clips you want to post.
 
I dont know if this helps but the quickest way I know that one can generate short clips from movies is by creating a short script (preferably using python) that extracts trailers from websites like IMDB.com.. Obviously you would need to make sure the part you want is there then cut it out.
