No way, you missed that in 2019 Bitmex got uncovered for trading against their own clients and liquidating their positions for profit + they are getting investigated by US CFTC right now + they leaked a huge amount of their users' data to hackers + their COO resigned at the end of last year over all the bullshit there + more than half of their trade volume has disappeared in the last 12 months because of this.

OP just trade Binance, it's safe and easy with a big selection and it's fees aren't as high as Coinbase (Coinbase Pro is good but expensive in comparison to others)
