Where do you live and how old are you?

No - you don't. I'm in the UK and 60 next birthday. How did that happen?
Got into programming in 1970! Told DEC (Digital Equipment Corporation) that one day everyone would have their own computer with a screen and printer at home. They laughed. But there again - their business got bought out by Compaq...
Wrote software that Tandy sold under their own name for the TRS-80. Imported the first IBM PC into the UK. Had dinner with Bill Gates when even Bill Gates didn't know who Bill Gates was.
Those were the days!
Thank god ! I am a female and we never like to be the oldest guest !
By the way my Tandy was a portable, the size of a sewing machine and very heavy......bit like those original cell phones. And along with my dot matrix printer I was wired ...LOL

and for those of you who may be interested in statistics:
So far there were total of 95 memebrs who revealed their age,
where the average age is 27.5,
out of which:
22 members are in their teens
40 members are in their 20's
20 members are in their 30's
8 members are in their 40's
5 members are in their 50's
It would be interesting to know how many of us are doing this as a full time job.
P.S. Having a headache today so decided to relax a bit and read trough the forum.

25 and been doing this full-time for...17 months...I kind of miss the office I used to work in actually...
I used to be the 'boss' of 30 women...now there is only one girl in my office to boss around...my 3yr old daughter, lol...
