I've read a method about earning money using torrent. But the problem is I didn't find any good torrent site that accetps uploading and with good traffic.

Noone with handsome traffic will let you allow shitting their platforms with content locking and such stuff. It was working a long time ago and that OP is probably having old accounts as he used to work on the method in the past.
