Hey guys,
It's been a while that I've been looking for a customer support job online but everytime I applied for one, something made the employer hesitate.
I live in a country located in Africa where English is the third language and is not widely used. I speak/write French and Arabic natively and I am fluent in English.
I tried many websites like Upwork, Indeed, Monster etc...but nothing worked for months and I am kind in need now.
I see a lot of easy jobs there related to customer support that I can easily do but I just can't be able to get hired.
Can you suggest a company that hires directly French speaking agents? What do you suggest? I've been searching for months...
