I personally Used Themeforest For my own website.. Its too good.. I would suggest you theme forest

No better than themeforest but if you need some sophistication you can also try template monster as well

mate here are so many designers on BHW you can create website of your choice without any problem and got develop via well coder its take few more money to get unique and good looking website this is my suggestion thats all.

You don't have to buy a theme.. wordpress offers a lot of great ones for free.
