themeforest has some of the best looking themes but sometimes it's not always best coded themes. For most websites, a themeforest theme is good enough. I'm moving on to frameworks like Genesis Theme, though I always hate the limited choice of theme for it.

man there are tousands just type in Google - Website Themes except on Theme Forest - you will get loads of results
http://www.solostream.com have some good themes, worth a look.

From my experience, there's nothing better than Themeforest. Alot of products, great service and low prices.

Elegant Themes has been mentioned several times and deservedly so. At $69 for almost 90 themes it's superb value. I signed up with them a while ago and it was money very well spent.
I just noticed on their site that they have a 20% discount offer today - which would make it about $55 for 87 themes, which is 63 cents per theme.
