Where Can I Buy 1 Cent Clicks?

Although the minimum pay per click in Google and Facebook is 1 cent it is really hard to buy clicks at this rate.
It is possible in many other networks such AdCash & Taboola

Where else can I buy general clicks at this rate?

If you have mobile offers you can try using decisive.is

They a lot of mobile traffic and you're literally paying pennies for each click.

There are pay per redirect networks like DNTX and many others where you can get clicks (sometimes) for a penny or less. But keep in mind what you pay for is what you get..

I am agree with the answer. PTC, link shorten site provide cheap clicks... you can go with this..

@shuval: I had a bad experience with low cost clicks. Think ROI (return on investment), rather than low cost click that gives you low quality traffic (and sometimes gets you banned).
