BANNED - Failed to resolve a dispute

So I was on a shitty host for two months. This is my second website.
Why I used a shitty host. It was dirt cheap at $7 per year at 30GB disk space, Litespeed, and unlimited shared hosting which I strongly doubted until I tried it. Lol, visitors could not even open 9 tabs from my website at a time. They got a 503 error. So technically, my website could not accommodate more than 10 real-time visitors at the same time? Fuck! My page took 29 sec to load according to GTmetrix.
I queried my host for this shitty offer why they lied and threatened to call them out on the internet by launching a massive negative review campaign for noobs to stop using them and save many newcomers from potential scams... HAHA...Guess what?
Their response was shockingly amazing....they blamed the slow server response time and 503 error on my theme but also offered to migrate my site to a new server. A host that is not even confident of itself nor safeguards against bad IP neighborhood?
When I started using that host, my GTmetrix score was F... I mean something like 33% or something like that. I installed and properly configured WP Rockets and the results jumped my site speed to C.
A few hours ago, I took the plunge to migrate to a new host I used with my first website. It has real Litespeed installed and blazing fast. The name is Hostkoala, nice guys with geniuses on there and Support is top-notch based on my experience with them so far (I'm not affiliated with them just what you do for a good company out of the blue). Funny thing is, the shitty host was only $2 more expensive than this fast host. See the WP rocket result flew to the moon with the same configuration:
Ditched the poor host as $7 a year is infinitesimal to lose, had my share of experience with them so I learned and lost nothing.
The story's moral: do your research before jumping to a hosting company. It can make or mar your site.
