First of all you "G-S-T" is right , and you have a misconception.Don't get me wrong BTB has a great service, but you have to keep in mind his seo service works well with certain type of sites and not all of them.Not everyone is building mns , you should have stated what kind of sites you are trying to rank as no one can guess if you are are building mns or regular niche sites or even authority sites.
Plus i wouldn't really be calling G-S-T off as i can see your missing some valid points in your OP.
