When is it appropriate to use a panel

i keep reading that botted followers and likes only hurt you in most situations, so it left me with a question: When is using a panel beneficial?

Any thoughts?

To make your fake account seem like it's better and bigger than the piece of shit it really is and sell it to some poor soul (not serious)

Personally I would only use it in situations where you need to seem legit asap for cheap. Normally it is not advised to do so, because taking shortcuts tends to have consequences. The consequence here would be lower engagement and more money spent to make up for the engagement loss with fake engagement. Not to mention its obvious as a follower when an account has 500 likes but no comments. Then you are stuck buying/making fake comments.
