When do you think keyword anchor text will be entirely dead?

A lot of good answers here.
I personally feel that while it's been part of the algorithmic process for a very long time, there is no reason to assume it will stay part of the algorithm when it comes to ranking sites as factors like co-citation and co-occurrences become more the normal for relevancy determination. I feel that eventually it will be complete pointless, exact or otherwise, and hyperlinked text will no longer be any part of the basis to rank something and content revolving that hyperlink will instead be the basis for determining if the link is relevant to a subject along with page information.

I'll stop using anchor keywords when Matt will stop, not before.
Just look at his blog, he goes wild with anchor tests - it obviously reflects his idea of perfect web.
