When do you think AI will replace human Copywriters?

In terms of "genuine" ready to publish written content (articles), AI will never be able to replace any human brains.
Those who require (and are happy with) just any type of written content which has grammatical, etc mistakes (blunders) and fine with publishing such blunderous articles, for them AI has already replaced human beings. But, for those who need "genuine" ready to publish written content (articles), AI will never be able to replace any human brains, because any and every AI written content (article) in reality needs human proofreading, human correction of grammar, etc, etc, before the article is actually published.

the real question is when AI readers will replace the people who read the content? :)

but seriously, a lot of non-fiction writing can already be replaced, and many copywriters already use AI to do 99% of their work.
for fiction writing, I guess that in many years.

AI is already replacing human copywriters. The difference is that these AI copywriting systems are still so new that they're not yet able to replace the human copywriter on a grand scale.
I predict in the next 2-4 years, we will see AI copywriting systems become extraordinarily advanced and capable of replicating the job of a human copywriter magnificently.
However, I think writing and speaking will always require a human touch.

It seems that this moment is close, but still, I think that some more time is needed for AI to be able to completely replace copywriters

They laughed at the internet, laughed at e-mails, and rest is history.

Yes it will replace human writers probably in 2-4 years or more. But it will.

AI copy in the future will also be able to integrate user/cookie data, buying pattern and even give out custom copies on the website/ad feed.

ps: I remember people laughing at me when I said ecommerce/online shopping will be the future of shopping in India 9 years ago.

I don't think Ai will ever replace human writers. Most people want to read quality writing.

NEVER
AI will never replace human intellectual endeavors.
AI is just an extension of our mind - not a replacement for it.

If it happens, internet will be a deeps***. We will be unable find real people.

After days of research, it has been found that AI is not going to be replaced by human copyrighters. AI is much superior as it helps to create content and publish faster but it is not possible for AI to replace creative human copywriters. It can never understand the emotional tactics used by humans which makes human writers creative. No matter how good content or work AI does but can never satisfy the level of quality.
However, in the future, it can be said that there will be a tough time for human copywriters if they do not maintain their plus point, i.e., creativity and quality of the content. If they want to survive in the real world, they need to consider their plus points seriously.
Was this written with AI?

Just looking into this today and AI is quite advanced. It is able to write full blog posts from keywords...so I would say VERY SOON!

A machine can't understand emotion so an AI will never replace a good copywriter. Emotions sell, stories sell.

As for articles and general content / content writers? It already has with GPT-3

it’s been here since the invention of a thing these idiot experiments gone wild called, “the news” ;)

This. You can even try to get it to make some emotionally provocative content, and it won't. It's programmed not do, as it deems it unethical.

Additionally, it can't tell your own stories, how can it know them? It's also very bad at long form copy. And if you prompt it to write a story, they are just horrible. Especially if you go for something longer.

I think that it will devalue copywritters at the lower levels. We will see how it will turn out. It's hard to tell. But at the rate it's happening, it looks it might be some amazing and scary tech.

Who knows, maybe there will be some laws in place that will limit the % of a website that can be done with AI.

AI will never replace human copywriters. Should a mathematician be afraid of a digital calculator? Obviously not.
Clever people will use GPT-3 and other models as a tool to help them write better content.
