WhatsApp spam problem

Hi all. I want to test spamming in WhatsApp, i already have a list of active numbers (small one - about 3-4k, but can get more) and offer I want to promote. There is one problem, when I started spamming my acc was banned after 20 messages. (I use bluestack, all messages was the same). Are there any tricks to avoid WhatsApp ban? Or bots? Or something? Btw, at start I want to check CR, so I don't want to buy $500 soft.

There are softwares you can use in sending bulk messages through whatsapp. You can check Whatsender and other similar service.
