As, Elon Must mentioned that by working 100 hours/week you can get done anything in 4 months, So, i ask all those entrepreneurs here in BHW,

how much time you spend per week on your project? and How do you manage your time ??

Any tools or tips to stay productive would be appreciated!!

i don't count hours ......... like surfing here is it work or your hobby.

i just do some when i like.

It's easy to put a lot of hours in front of the computer. Being constantly on-task and productive is the difficult part. I struggle with focus personally and have to rely on the Pomodoro technique to really grind out my to-do lists. That being said, I've been on more than one Adderrall-fueled grind sessions that lasted a few days over the years hahah... Hu$tle till you're dead!

How does on get a business 'done' in 4 months? What does that even mean?

Around 70 hrs, but that was offline stuff, hard physical labour.

Honestly i don't think that you can work 100 hrs per week for months without having a negative effect on your health, be it online or offline job.
That's ~14 hours of work per day, if you don't take any days off. If you take a day off per week, that's 16-17 hrs of work per day, which won't leave enough time to recover between two days. You'll age fast. It doesn't worth it.

He meant to say any project or product can be done in 4 month if you spend 100hrs per week.

BHW has me hooked like crack. At this point, I'm pretty much sleeping and getting right back to the computer. BHW open constantly on my phone, tablet or PC.

Having a blast!

You already know whats need to be done. Make a detailed plan! And you make it happen asap without counting hours. It's about making a decision. Otherwise, you know how your tomorrow looks like, and you next week and your entire year and eventually your life.

Well made points! Health is uncompromisable. But i see few of my friends working in hot tech companies putting nearly that amount of time on their work. Its still possible if really passionate! Hope you agree my point.

Good points! Have you heared of stoicism?? Their first rule of any human life is to have self-discipline!

But how do you know how much you have accomplished in a day, week, or a year??? Wouldn't that be boring eventually?
