Hello everyone. I'm having trouble with my instagram bot (FL).

I get error codes like "405 fordbidden was received from instagram" and "400 checkpoint_required was received from instagram"

I googled the limits on instagram and found this:

The following new rate limits will go into effect on July 7, 2014:Unsigned Calls (per OAuth token):
    • POST /media/media-id/likes: 30/hour
    • POST /media/media-id/comments: 15/hour
    • POST /users/user-id/relationships: 20/hour
    Signed Calls (per OAuth token):
    • POST /media/media-id/likes: 100/hour
    • POST /media/media-id/comments: 60/hour
    • POST /users/user-id/relationships: 60/hour

Can anyone describe in clear english what's the difference between a signed call and unsigned call?
Can this be the cause why i receive these error codes?

I run 4 acc from the same IP. FL said it shouldn't be any problem.
My settings are based on the signed calls, slightly under the limits.
I set the like delays for example like this: 100(likes per hour)/60(minutes)= 1,6 likes per minute/60(seconds)= 27.7 secounds.
I sat the delay for 27-29 seconds to be slightly under the limit.

If I just like I can like 100 posts per hour but if I unfollow people at the same time I'll receiving these error codes.

Do you guys understand how I mean?

I really want help with this and it seems like FL can't help me with this problem...

    Sorry for the bad english....

    Thank you.

Signed Calls (per OAuth token) are made to:
"prevent malicious developers from impersonating your OAuth Client through the implicit flow and capturing access tokens from unsuspecting people."
    As stated here: developers.instagram.cXm/post/87743402071/new-tools-and-rate-limits-for-post-endpoints

Means: Signed Calls are made to prevent botting with stolen tokens

These limits are not for the private api, and you should be able to follow/like/comment far more than that.

probably the request was missing something or was not valid

means that account needs to solve a captcha

    Thank you very much!

Sorry for a newbie question but what's a token???

How high can i set my limits whitout getting 10 captchas per 5 minutes?
It's quite annoying to solve captchas all the time, I want to be able to breath and do other things in my day than solving captchas....

If you receive captcha challenges, you can solve it automatically in FL by using the DBC or decaptcher service. Also, avoid logging into your account or using your account on another device or app while the software is running, that can also cause that.

A token is a string which should look similar to this: 187637XXX.1901XXX.XXXb91fe118XXXd38b4f91eb79a24XXX

If you stay within the limits you posted, you should be save
But if you still get captchas, you should get a better bot or try to not run 4 accs from the same Ip

You say that you use FL, but post limits for the official API. It does not compute.

Post exact parameters of your session or add me on skype. A detailed account review might be needed to say if the limits are appropriate or not.
