What’s the best setup for cold email campaigns?

Hey BHW community,
I’m planning to start doing cold email outreach and wanted some advice on the best setup. I’m considering using Instantly.ai, as it appears to be quite popular. My plan is to buy 3 domains, each with 2–3 inboxes, and aim to send around 80–100 emails per day in total.
Is Instantly.ai a reliable, What's your experience on this platform?
Please advice its my first time planning to do cold email campaign.

Why domain email ? Is it stronger than normal mail ?

The domain emails looks more trustworthy and professional. Do you think normal email like Gmail works as well?

Yes, both of them work and it depends on what you want to market or sell.

Thanks, Im doing demo website outreach for outdated sites or businesses that don't have a website

Focus on quality over quantity. Personalized emails get way higher replies then generic blasts.

I would suggest buying more domains like 10-20. You can get cheaper ones and a couple .coms for best results. Then have 3 mailboxes on each domain and kind of send 10-15 max emails per mailbox. I would suggest less than 10 per day per mailbox. That would ensure your deliverability is super high and send emails only to relevant lists. Like if you sell a Digital marketing service for ecommerce stores- send emails only to their decision makers. Keep the emails one/two liners. They work best.

I am using plusvibe for our cold emails and they work well for us, you can try using instantly.ai, plusvibe.ai, manyreach, etc. Don't send them from self hosted portals like Mailwizz etc because they dont rotate IPs when sending emails and usually get blocked in a couple of days.
