What's the best hosting solution? Seo Performance Related Thread

Hi,

I would like to understand what's the best hosting solution directly related with seo performance to a dedicated platform.

For example, some people say Vultr High Frequency and other people people say Digitalocean VPS and I would like to hear your personal thoughs regarding this subject. Are this plans providing a dedicated or shared ip? I did have a read in a few forums about shared plans hurt SEO since they host other websites.

Let me know your thoughts and recommendations.

There's very minimal to no effect of the server on your SEO, as long as your server runs good.

They mostly offer a dedicated IP but with resources on a shared server environment meaning you don´t get dedicated RAM or CPU. That is why they are cheap from $5-$6 and upwards. Dedicated resources would be far more expensive to rent. I myself have a few $6 Vultr High Frequency VPS servers and they are great.

I open the server before on a shared environment and got 15k organic sessions first two week and somehow a week later google removed my links from search queries however no manual penalty or warnings on GSC. That way, I must assume that maybe it got affected by others and thats where this question comes from.

Not IP wise, it´s just a question of how much resources you need for the forum. never hosted a forum on a VPS myself before so I´m not the right guy to ask about that one.

Right. Well it's was never down and core vitals was almost perfect so I'm kinda thinking what could have happen because I want to open it again, had much fun on it.

For SEO, a fast and reliable host matters more than just the IP type. Vultr High Frequency and DigitalOcean VPS offer great speed, but their default plans usually come with shared IPs—dedicated IPs are available as an upgrade. If SEO is a top priority, go for a high-performance VPS with a CDN like Cloudflare and consider a dedicated IP to avoid bad IP neighborhoods.
