Shared hosting with Litespeed is what you need. I've been hosting with SiteGround for over a year. Heavy and fully customized WP theme. I'm not very good at coding, but switching to a smaller web hosting company with Litespeed + LScache plugin made 30% difference in speed compared to SiteGround's Growbig plan with Autoptimize, W3TC and SG optimizer. I've played around with LScache plugin (which only works with Litespeed servers) about 30 minutes and I've wasted dozens of hours testing hundreds of options with SG optimizer, Autoptimize and W3TC.
