For me, I started journaling every morning, and it honestly changed how I handle stress and plan my day. It keeps me focused and clear-headed. What about you? What’s one habit that’s made a real difference in your life? :)

Well, I guess that would be my early morning workout.

Nothing too crazy... just light equipment like dumbbells and skipping rope.

That has helped a lot health-wise since I started last year

We always want to add this and that to our lives, In hopes of making it better. I took the opposite route - I started declutterring my life. Removing non serving habits, removing toxic people, stopped visiting certain places, getting rid of weed and alcohol. Just to mention a few - the shift was magical.

For me, spending time alone has helped me a lot. I make sure to give myself some solo time at least once a week, whether it’s going out for a meal alone or having a drink while watching a movie. It helps me relax.

For me, it was setting clear daily priorities the night before.
Waking up already knowing the top 3 tasks removes decision fatigue and keeps me focused all day. Small habit, big impact.

gym REALLY makes me feel better overall. 2-3 times/week. trying to do 4 times a week sometimes

I think the best habit is to think of what is the purpose of all you do. If you have a big why you will find the solution to get the job done

I used to procrastinate on almost everything, and it was quietly ruining my progress. The habit that truly changed my life was deciding to stop postponing things and take action immediately instead. Once I started doing tasks when they needed to be done (not when I ‘felt like it’), my stress dropped, my results improved, and I finally began to trust myself to follow through. It’s a simple shift, but it completely transformed how I work and live.

#Title: Adapting a blank facial expression on a daily basis. By doing so, I have felt my thoughts becoming clearer and myself to be less psychologically vulnerable to failure.

#3: That is deep; especially the part about cutting ropes that connect your ship to the ships of scallywags. Things that hurt us can be more impactful than things which help us.

I read a book back then about making a lists about 15 years ago. this is makes me super productive.
And atomic habits to kick in some new habits in my life.

I’m training myself to protect my time, energy, and focus by deciding upfront what’s worth my attention. It’s almost like a personal filter that is if something doesn’t align with my goals or values, it just doesn’t enter my mental space.

Implementing a morning routine with a 10-minute journaling session like Ben Arthur mentioned has been a game-changer for my productivity, with a 25% increase in daily tasks completed. Building on the idea of protecting time and energy, I also prioritize tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix, categorizing them into urgent vs important and focusing on the most critical ones first, which has reduced my daily stress levels by 30%. The point about working out making you feel alive is correct, as exercise releases endorphins that boost energy and mental clarity, and I've found that a 30-minute morning workout improves my focus for the next 4 hours.

Cultivating a habit of daily gratitude shifts your focus from what is lacking to the abundance already present, fundamentally rewriting your perspective on the world.

In 2012, I was making money like crazy.
But then I felt I had enough and indulged in partying.
And now I'm struggling with life again.
It's sad.
That's my biggest regret.
