Not really. You can create memes that are NOT funny, but they tell you something.

You can have personal library of memes that just remind you of values.

Think of "deep stuff bro" type of memes.

I think it’s hard both ways. I have tried thinking of a great meme and it took me a while to create it because you need to stay creative.
