But how would you make any meaningful money from that? Who would buy a house in Haiiti? You can buy it cheap, but liquify it? Doubt. I am just nitpicking though because the advice is always so ultra vague on here, it seems more like wishful thinking and chinese whispers than actual experience.
That's how a lot people lose their money because they follow false and hollow advice.

Well if i was you and not have any experience in any online business i would not spend all the money as it a risk to lose it easy
Maybe i would pay a mentor in aff marketing that will teach me how to do affiliate marketing with high tickets for example
In general a good mentor cost like1k or 2k to teach you his business and you will remain with 28k but just be careful as many people claim they are gurus but in fact they just want to sell you their courses

Pay debt and do business or invest

I will only invest in something I know inside out. I will not invest in anything that I only know about 50% let alone investing into something I know nothing about. I will keep looking for opportunities until I know for sure. Due to inflation your money may decrease in value every year but there are ways to minimize this damage. 1 year is plenty of time to find and develop your own way of growing that money. It is better to be safe than sorry.

If you can't do anything in a year then take 2 years to build something. It's thousands times better to wait for a good opportunity than rushing at some money making scheme and losing all or most of it.
