What would you do with this money?

I'll try to buy some houses, invest in a food restaurant something that could give me a pasive income and I don't have to interact to much, in case I don't know I'll just save it and don't use it at all and try to add more money if is posible.

Here in India, fixed deposits with big banks pay 6.5% per annum as interest.

I would create one with them.

Since I am quite risk averse.
Same here in Belgium! But usually banks who does this. Means that the banking system would be close to collapse. It's never good to keep money in banks when they;'re giving huge %

Open 2 secured credit cards for 5k each
Spend 1-2k in tradelines to get access to a few credit lines of 20k . Once my credit report updates . Go apply for high limit cards with major banks , online lenders and dept stores..

Potentially you can have access to 20 grand or more using 7k in 30 days or less.

Next level
If your credit is good . Start a business and get yourself a no doc loan , name yourself as a personal guarantee and get at least 50 grand with a new business.

Boom turned that into 70k in less than 2 months.
Borrowing money means you have to pay it back though? Ponzi scheme much?

I would consider putting $15,000 into a diversified portfolio of mostly low-cost index funds or ETFs (like the S&P 500) that have a long history of consistent returns.

Let's say for example.

A relative dies (god forbid) and leaves you $30.000

All cash no tax.

You're still in a 9-5 making okay money, not having much expenses (less then 600 a month.).

How would YOU use the $30.000 to start creating wealth.

Would you invest? Would you start a certain business? Would you test a shit ton of stuff? Buy real estate? Just place it aside?

I'm interested in hearing peoples opinions on how they make money and the diversification of ideas on this forum.

Thnx for anyone who responds.
Buy BTC and hold for 10 years. If you are traditional, buy a building and rent it.

Do not invest in online business if you have not done it before. You will probably loose all in that case.

Perhaps you can invest some of it in high-yield savings or short-term bonds to preserve liquidity for opportunities.

Perhaps you could invest the money in learning a new skill, starting a small business, or building a passive income stream.

It's really not much money, but most of us are in similar shitty situations or have been for long periods of time. I'd suggest just using it as a nest egg and fund to get others to do things for you if you already have a system or campaign. Lower your living costs. If you have no dependents or visa costs you are golden. 30k just on food and utilities can last several years if you are smart. Enough time for your mind to add several 0s to it if you are diligent. Pay for a gym membership if you're in a city. That's all I have to say.

If you have a business idea, use some of the funds to get it off the ground. and the rest is for emergency fund and other stuff. That's my opinion if I have that much money

I would have been looking for ways to promote replica products using Google and Meta Ads without any trouble. Besides that, I have a few more black hat ideas but they would work through these channels as well. So the point is to be able to invest in learning how things work.

investing in a diversified portfolio, such as stocks, bonds, or index funds. A robo-advisor can help if you're unsure where to start.

In Bulgaria, you also get flats for this price. A good friend did this at least 2-3 years ago.

But to answer your question of what to do with 30k:

Hookers and good coke

1. Book publishing on Amazon
2. Affiliate/cpa marketing
3. Saas
