What tool should i use to index my webpages?

If you're dealing with just a few URLs, I’d recommend submitting your sitemap in Google Search Console first. After that, try testing each URL in PageSpeed Insights—it's a bit unconventional, but in my experience, it helps them get indexed faster.

Just checking do you have any indexing method that still works for you? Or are you also seeing that nothing is give indexing now?
You shouldn't have issues with GSC at 3,000 pages. There's a couple of things you can try before moving to another tool.
- Minor edit to title tag and metadescription en masse (think like changing from Title Tag | {company name} to Title Tag - {company name}).
- Breakdown the sitemap down into smaller chunks and submit the subfolder sitemaps individually
- This one is tedious, but you can add internal links from pages that are indexed frequently and link them to those that arent.
- If there's certain portions of your website that seem to missing altogether, add that subfolder link to the footer.

google search console is a free tool that is provided by Google that allows you to submit your URLs directly for indexing using the URL Inspection Tool and Request Indexing feature.

Interesting topic. In my own testing with a site that big, the tools kinda helped tell Google to poke around, but they didn’t guarantee indexing. I’ve seen crawl speed mostly come down to internal linking and how you present new pages in the sitemap. When I added new pages to a well-connected hub and refreshed the sitemap, some pages got indexed days later; without cross-links they tended to stay in limbo for longer. I’ve tried a few services (SpeedyIndex, Omegaindexer, and a couple others) and the results were all over the place—some pages indexed, some not, and sometimes the tool itself would crash. If you’ve got 3k pages, maybe focus on clean crawl paths, sane sitemap updates, and keeping the site truly crawlable rather than chasing a magic tool.

Tools don’t directly “force index” anymore—Google largely ignores third-party indexers; they may help discovery via links/pings, but results are inconsistent.
Instead of OmegaIndexer/SpeedyIndex, focus on Google Search Console (sitemaps + URL inspection), strong internal linking, and backlinks—those outperform any indexing tool long-term.
