What the hell is Payoneer Account Fee

This kinda annoying two years ago I opened account with Payoneer about year ago I receive payment from another guy it was 55 Euros
Today when i check my account I found it balance 31 Euros and they toke 25 Euros as Account Fee ,
That complete nonsense I didn't use that account at all only once to receive payment from that guy ,
this means that's I will continue paying them fees each year while I didn't use their service even now or later
Should we call such service fraud

I also use wise now after 2 years using payoneer. Working smoothly so far.
 
If you don't use the account, don't store money there. It's not like there's interest or any other benefit.

Fees are not a secret though. You can check all fees associated with your account while logged in, if you visit the Help tab and select Pricing & Fees.

Nah. The OP is correct. That's a relatively new annual inactivity fee for the account and the card. Check OP's screenshot in his 2nd post, it was introduced in July last year.

Account fee29.95 USDPer 12 monthsFee is only charged if you have not had at least one transaction in your Payoneer account or on your Payoneer Card over the previous twelve months

I'm not using Payoneer anymore, but before they charged a monthly inactivity fee for the card, if the card wasn't used for a few consecutive months until they eventually disabled it, if the balance ran out. That was the inactivity fee pertaining the card and not the account.

I never ever ordered their card at all, Because I already know that the Card required annually fees, I opened the account only to receive one payment, they should not issue fees for keep registering my account with them that's sht business,
Do you know what happened I give them 50 Euros added to their fund and they kept the money for year or so used as they which and now they take half of it .
I will try to get my money back if I can or transfer what left to other transparent services .

I might be wrong but I recall there being fees many years ago.

There is no free payment solution anywhere. Cards always cost you something. "Free" cards usually have their cost embedded somewhere else.

Like currency exchange services when you travel abroad.

Get $1.30 to the £ with no fees or the next booth you get $1.34 to the £ but the tiny print is where they say you pay fees.

Exactly.

Financial transactions and cards cost $. If they're free then you're paying somewhere else.

i'm not sure about that.
there are some features that are not available on every country even though you can open an account, i.e wise card are limited for selected countries.

i suggest you to try register yourself to confirm whether your country is applicable or not. it's free anyway.
