I am trying to scale my Facebook page.

I am currently at 20k+, 15k of it was acquired through FB ads pennies on the dollar, mainly outside the USA.

Now for the life of me I cannot organically grow the Facebook page higher at a consistent rate.

    1. I reach out for shout-outs and when the popular page does give us a shout, we don't get nearly as many likes as their other posts.

    2. I've tried USA ads and got them down to around 10 cents, but still not getting the volume I need/want.

    3. We create unique content relative to our industry and have a pretty well structured sharing system.

    4. We leverage our social networks, main site, e-mail and anything else I can't think of right now to try and drive Likers/Followers.

I would like you input as to the reasons we are not getting more engagement and followers. I'm happy to share more info and answer any questions you may have as I know situations like this are very detailed and a lot can come into play.

    Cheers.

Do you make posts everyday? Do you post things that people will share or like?
    That's the thing.
Think about HOW other Facebook pages grow organically.
They grow when content or posts that they make are shared or liked or commented by their fans. Friends of their fans see this in their newsfeed and thus you're exposing your content to people who don't even like your page.
Sensationalizing your posts helps too, for example "Wow! You won't believe what this guy said to a cop after being pulled over!" or "5 facts about food you're better off not knowing! DONT CLICK!"

Also keep in mind Facebook is making things harder and harder for pages to promote

Man, don't worry that much on FB, they are starting the squeezing process of a failed attempt to properly monetize the largest social network that has ever existed. It will eventually fade away in the coming years, so my advice would be for you to focus on all of the networks rather than just one.

If you build a good team for social media, it will not matter whether its facebook, tumblr, pinterest or twitter or whatever shits will come.
