What template this site is using?

I am needing building a webmaster forum urgent because I am seeing this niche is more potential to get visitors and buyers.

The first thing come to me is finding a suitable theme for my new site, I found one and it looks awesome.
that's this site http://www.webmastersun.com
I want to have a same theme like theirs, already pay high via Paypal.
I tried to find the theme though theme marketplaces as themeforest or templatemonster but not succeeded.

Any one recommend me? Sorry if this place not for web template, Mods please move it to right section.

I don't know but I am learning from a successful webmaster forum, they have daily posts and many active members
What things you suppose it is from the 90s, it has responsive theme and look awesome which doesn't have on other forums.

if you just do view-source:http://www.webmastersun.com/ in your browser url and look at some lines you can clearly see "vbulletin"

Yup thats vBulletin as for identifying if have worked with multiple forum softwares than you will get know vBulletin was/is used all the time and has been used to build many good and large forums.

You might also want look into Xenforo it also a nice paid alternative to vbulletin as for free you can always go with phpBB, myBB etc so many options just have find one which is suited for you.

Thank you for your comments, I knew what it built from. Just want to find a same theme like theirs. That's making me headache.
Their theme is really awesome and I like that but could not clarify where to find a same one.

You are right, I am studying xenforo but I asked some xenforo developers and they said, Xenforo is very solid hence it is hard to edit or change codes to do custom works, if i need works on xenforo, its price will be very high.

Agree I don't think you will find cheap custom forum theme developers. May be you can try the official vB forum for this I can't think of a better place than that to find people doing quality development on vBulletin
or xenforo. vBulletin have many plugins pretty much for all popular functionalities you can think of and I tried their theme customizor it seemed okay. Maybe you can try combination of essential plugins and
slightly customized theme if you don't want to increase cost and hire a vB developer just yet.

I understand this but that site didn't use Wordpress thus I can not apply Divi to build a same site.

Exactly I tried to contact some coders on the forum and their pricing is not cheap, even is very expensive if compared to buying a new website theme.
I also check vB plugins but almost of them are old and out of date, I am not sure they will work if i want to use PHP 7 for my site.
