Yes it could be a lot of things. I really try to find the solution to make the subtitles look HD but something is wrong and I don't know why. Maybe the problem is my monitor or my gpu but I can't change them so... Still looking to find out what the problem may be.

The text looks choppy probably because you were viewing it in 1/2.
(look at the photo you posted and you will see it's 1/2 change it to full).
Do a quick export and you'll see that the text is normal.
What you're trying to achieve can be easily done with any editing software but I'd stick to premiere pro if you have it already, it's really worth learning.

Thank you for your time! I tried what you said and I see some small improvement but it's not still 100% clean. The interesting part is that every text every website I check the font looks a little bix pixaleted. Maybe the problem is not in the software but in my windows 10 settings... Can you guys please take a screenshot of your screen in this thread for example just to see if your font looks like mine? Here's how it looks on my side -

I'm not sure but I know it's really hard to sync subtitles from a phone if there's an option of inserting subtitles then maybe they are using a phone app.

Do you know how to select all captions so I can change the font size etc at the same time? Tried different options but no working.
Just to see if the text is clean. I then change it to "Fit". Even when the text is small I can see it's not clear. That's why I increase it to 100-150%
It looks better now. I also changed some of the rendering settings and it's looking better than before. Thanks again everyone for the help.
