What software is that?

it's operator error aka your inexperience
watch bunch of youtube tutorials and read blog posts
youll eventually figure it out
could be something just wrong with your screen resolution. could be you are using incorrect settings on export. could be hardware limitations like you said. could be 100 things. thats the beauty of troubleshooting. lots of homework ahead of u.
shortcut to your solution may be...download some premium template for w/e software you are using that has HD subtitles on it. then reverse engineer it (to see how it differs from how you were doing it wrong).
Yes it could be a lot of things. I really try to find the solution to make the subtitles look HD but something is wrong and I don't know why. Maybe the problem is my monitor or my gpu but I can't change them so... Still looking to find out what the problem may be.

My monitor resolution is 1680x1050. Today I checked other monitor with much smaller resolution and I just watched a video with subtitles and the subtitles looks pixaleted. Do you think the resolution is the problem?

If anyone is interested i didn't solve the issue but now I'm using Sony Vegas and the subtitles look way better than before. Love this software, I used it before and it's really good software.

The text looks choppy probably because you were viewing it in 1/2.
(look at the photo you posted and you will see it's 1/2 change it to full).
Do a quick export and you'll see that the text is normal.

What you're trying to achieve can be easily done with any editing software but I'd stick to premiere pro if you have it already, it's really worth learning.

Thank you for your time! I tried what you said and I see some small improvement but it's not still 100% clean. The interesting part is that every text every website I check the font looks a little bix pixaleted. Maybe the problem is not in the software but in my windows 10 settings... Can you guys please take a screenshot of your screen in this thread for example just to see if your font looks like mine? Here's how it looks on my side - screenshot.jpg

They have video templates for there videos and they are all vertical, obviously it's tiktok they will have vertical videos for that but i think they are using a video editor from mobile.

Right click in the video window. Go down to Paused Resolution and set it to Full. Under that set it to High Quality Playback. Also above that is playback resolution, make sure it's set high.

Also try exporting the video and see how it looks.

I'm not sure but I know it's really hard to sync subtitles from a phone if there's an option of inserting subtitles then maybe they are using a phone app.

Do you know how to select all captions so I can change the font size etc at the same time? Tried different options but no working.

Just to see if the text is clean. I then change it to "Fit". Even when the text is small I can see it's not clear. That's why I increase it to 100-150%

It looks better now. I also changed some of the rendering settings and it's looking better than before. Thanks again everyone for the help.

Look for tutorials on youtube here and it is difficult to explain but you will be able to handle the program easily after a few weeks
