Recently I setup Pinterest account for "Yoga Niche".
I have written E-book to promote
Should I use CPA and give that ebook free (Email collection)
OR
Should I Give that book at $10 or something on Gumroad (Email collection)
I don't understand which is best way

Give the ebook for free in exchange of optin to a list.
Then, promote related offers to that list.

You can use Ads to drive initial sales or give it away to build an email list

You can give the ebook away for free and collect email leads but you need to consider the value of the ebook before giving it out.

Another option is to sell the ebook for 5 to 10 bucks collect email leads and market big and better offers. (Recommended)
You will have better email leads with the second option because the lead is someone who can spend not those that want only free things. (The price can be 4.99, 6.99 something that triggers their purchase psychology)

Try with email list. Who the hell buys ebooks from unknown sources? If you dont plan to sell it on amazon etc. you should give it for free (even then not many will take it)

The best way would be to trade with it in some way, for example, you give users a free ebook and they have to sign up for your newsletter list for exchange or perform some other action that's important for you. Think this would be a win-win situation for both sides.
