What should i do with this domain?

I just purchased a dropped domain name with DA 45 and PA 54 for a good amount of money. I planned on using this domain for a PBN however as i looked deeper into it i realized the domains prior owner was a major movie company and the domain was for a movie that was released three months ago. All of their marketing has links back to the domain and it even has movie billboards with the domains name on it. My question is should i use it for its SEO value to rank my site or should i attempt to sell it back to the movie company for a premiuim? I feel like it would be a waste to just build a PBN out of it as originally intended.

If the domain does not contain their trademark or copyrighted material in it then you are good to go.

You could create a movie directory/forum. Once you build it a little, sell ad space for recurring income. You could also reach out to the company who owns the rights to the movie and tell them you're contacting them first out of courtesy before it goes on the market.

If its not a trademark, you could use it as a money site and monetize in different ways.

I sent a email to the movie company to see if they want to buy it. Many if i get lucky they will be worried i will put porn on it and buy it from me. Lol.
