Amazes me how much finished solutions everyone is using. For this and that.. Ever thought about, maybe he built it himself?
It's easy with some PHP knowledge and wordpress.
Create custom post_type (or use standard Post and add a category or whatever) and add a few meta fields for whatever info you need to show. Ie Logo, bonus, affiliate url.
Create a table and have it loop for each <tr>, calling those posts one per raw, and place the the meta into the <td>'s. Simple enough.
