Hi,

I started working as link builder and i am cold outreaching and i have like 15 emails(gmail, outlook) first some of my email were good they were reaching inbox but nowadays they are all ending in spam. My email is formatted to avoid spam words.(I am sending at most 25 emails per mail also activated warm-up mail but doesnt help)

I am also using snov.io for making campaigns which also highlightes some emails with red and yellow that wont reach to its destination.
What app like snov.io can resolve my problem?

Also do i have to change my email provider, i am looking at protonmail($12.99/month) or google suite($6/month), where gsuite is cheaper version, and am more interested in subscribing to that plan.

What helps me for my emails to reach inbox?
Thank you!

Do you have DMARC, DKIM and SPF in your DNS records?
Scan your domain with https://easydmarc.com/tools/domain-scanner and follow instructions (you can leave BIMI in red).

Your spam issue might stem from sender reputation and not fully optimizing email authentication methods like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which are crucial for deliverability. If snov.io isn't cutting it, Mailshake or Lemlist could be worth exploring. They have strong features for outreach and tools to help with getting your emails into the inbox.

You can't. It is really not a best practice to prospect with a @gmail.com or @outlook address.

Domains start below 10$ per year, find one that suits you and start from there. You'll probably need some hosting to create emails with that host, but overall budget should be less than 40$/year.

there is no fool proof way to avoid ending up in the spam folder

They recently made it harder, you will need more emails and warm them up for longer.

Here's some factors that you need to test:

* Change the subject line.
*Change the email body.
*Use spintax for both email and subject.
*If you're sending a link, try without a link.
*Make sure that your bounce rate is low.
*Lower your daily sending.
*Let your accounts rest for some days.

Don't test of these at once, test the one by one to figure out the problem

Hey @Algo I am looking for support for my setup, I need to send 50k to 100k emails daily and looking for the right setup. if you are open for discussion please let me know.

I will pay for the services

@JOHNLEWIS22691 are you already warming up your email(s)?
I am not the guy who is doing it, but I have hired a guy to do the job, he has tried several methods but failed.
But I know what I am trying is working for others, because I have a friend who runs a similar campaign and getting the results, it’s just that he doesn’t want to share the contact with me.
So I am looking for an expert in email marketing who can either make a proper setup for me after understanding what I want.
Or someone who can setup and do the job everyday for me.

Don't waste your money. The #1 step is to configure the proper DNS parameters- DKIM, SPF, Dmarc. Then be sure of the quality of your sender IP and domain name.

Since your daily email volume seems very small, may I know why you are moving away from Snovio? I would have suggested a custom solution if you are within 25k to 10 million emails per month.

Look guys.

A lot of SMTP providers (outlook, workspace, zoho) don't generally allow mass cold email, email spam in other words.

There is always a way to go around this.

I always use only 2 SMTP providers.

1. Buy your domains from any domain provider. However, you gotta test because some providers also will not allow cold email as they will suspend your domain upon a report.
2. set up your SPF, DKIM & DMARC. you can just google these. This is important because these will maximise your deliverability, and reduce the likeliness to send up in spambox.
3. Always, always, always warm up your emails before sending. Minimum 2 weeks.
4. Setting up copy: figure out what you want to sell and craft a long copy first so that you have an idea what will sell. After that, you filter out the redundant points and reduce it to less than 150 words in the first email.
5. include signature, your website (without linking) and socials
6. SPINTAX for maxxing deliverability
7. sending less than 50 per email per day.

How do you warm your emails ? 'Minimum 2 weeks'? Do you send emails to each other?
